Hi, I’m Isabel Snipes, a 25-year-old artist from North Carolina. I’ve been drawing and painting for as long as I can remember, with a passion for capturing landscapes, the intricacies of hands and anatomy, and most recently, animals! While I was formally trained in oil painting, I’ve grown to love working with acrylics for their versatility and vibrancy.
I studied Fine Art and Graphic Design at Salem College, the oldest historically women’s college in the US, where I was honored to receive the John Preston Davis Full Tuition Art Scholarship. Through my work, I strive to create pieces that connect deeply with people, whether it’s through the beauty of nature or the personality of a beloved pet.
